From the jetty we hired a taxi to our prebooked Hotel Moda in Vancouver city.  As it was only 10am , not time to check-in yet, hotel attendants handle our languages, we get hold of the city map and started our city tour by walking to China town .  It took us about 30 minutes walk . Once at the town, the first thing we did was to look for Chinese food.  We missed Chinese food as we were tired of western food for the last 8 days in the cruise. We were so satisfied with just fried rice and fried noodles.

Beautiful scenes of Dr. SunYat Sen garden.

From the garden we took a bus direct to The Stanley Park.

We spent about 3 hours in Stanley park. AS we were quite tired and it was getting dark too, we got hold of the next bus to return to the city for our dinner.  That's ended our 1st day in Vancouver.

The next morning we bought day ticket which allow us to travel around the city by bus, train or tram.  It cost us CAD 9.00.   Our first stop was Granville Island which is a market as Victoria market in Melbourne.

We had a simple lunch before we proceed to our next destination, Queen Elizabeth Park.
So beautiful in the garden, the landscaping woh...

We enjoyed ourselves in the garden almost 2 hours. The garden really gave me a very deep impression.
From the garden we took another bus to The Gas town which was popular for its old buildings.

We had our slow walked in this area for 1/2 hour.  That ended our second day in Vancouver.
